Why would we rather be married for our sense of humour than our money? Is it because we take the latter more personally or feel like we earned it? If you're funny, you're lucky. Same story for if you're a hard worker or highly intelligent. Most people would probably even prefer to be married for their looks. Wealth is more fleeting, I suppose. But if it reels them in, what's the problem? In reality, we know that a handsome and funny guy who lives with his mum isn't as attractive. We also know a short and ugly man with a 6-bedroom house and three Teslas will probably fare well in the dating market. Let's just be more honest.
